It’s been a busy few months for our team. To celebrate Lancashire Day we teamed up with the fantastic Farm Yard Brew Company, who used our tea to flavour a delicious pale ale!
Our teams put their brewing heads together to share expertise and develop the ‘Ooh Ahh Lancashire’ pale ale (4.2% ABV). The brew itself is a classic pale that balances a subtle bitterness with the fruit & floral notes of the hops – the perfect combination.

Bought in Lancashire, but consumed in Yorkshire - I feel like I've broken the unwritten laws of both counties in one go with this one. The actual tea style influence here is quite low, it's actually quite fruity, but this is subtle.
