Blueprints: Bookshelf – an 8% NEDIPA bursting with tropical, citrus, and stone fruit flavors. We used a stunning blend of Nelson Sauvin™, Motueka™, Pacific Sunrise™, and Riwaka™ hops straight from Hop Revolution in New Zealand. Combined with one of our new favorite hops, HBC1019, this beer offers creamy tropical fruit notes with a subtle hint of coconut. The result? A vibrant and complex beer with layers of juicy fruit and smooth, creamy sweetness. A true standout. Cheers!

Cloudy light beige to pale yellow blond beer, small creamy white head, unstable, dissipates quickly. Aroma: lovely, a bit dank, lots of tropical fruits, juicy, citrus, grapefruit, good stuff! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lovely, lots of tropical fruits, juicy, good bitterness, sweet touch, some orange peel. Aftertaste: sugary, fruity, tropical fruits, a little bitter, some mango, nice stuff going on here!

From tap at De Markies, Leeuwarden. Smooth unit, big NZ hop aroma. White grape, wheaty pale malt, tropical notes, citrus, grass. Moderate bitter with low sweetness. Medium body. Good.
