Reddish muddy brown color, small off-white head. Yeasty, a bit spicey aroma. Spicey, yeasty, sweetish dark Christmas beer. Very "craft beer" -like.

Bottle. Fantastic beer. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Powerfull malty and hoppy aroma. Very spicey with strong cinnamon notes. Moderate bitter flavor loaded with fruity esters and a touch of anis, just as christmas beers should be. Long complex nice finish. Creamy palate.

Hazy bronze beer, disappearing off-white head. Caramel, brown sugar, anise. sweet and well balanced sweet/spiced Christmas beer...Not much bang for the buck though, considering 8.3%

50 cL bottle. Pours slight hazy orange and with a diminished light orange head. Clove, annis seed, cardemomme, cinnamon and ginger spiced aroma (the whole lot it seems). Flavour is smooth sweet and only with a mild fraction of the spices from the aroma in the flavour. Reminds me of a belgian wit added with nice caramel sweetness. Finish holds a smooth wheat like texture and a belgian wit like flavour. Quite nice flavour, overspiced aroma.
