Dry-hopped for a distinctive, floral hop aroma; subtly balanced with delicious malt notes.
Brewed through 2014. Recipe changed in 2015. See Mad Hatter IPA for the newer version.

Bottle. Copper, cloudy color with a small head. Not as floral tasting or smelling as advertised. More traditional IPA in both taste and aroma.

Bottle at the mondiale 2014. Clear copper pour, small white head. Aroma of pretty standard. Citrus and piney hops, with some semi swet caramel bready malts. Good. Solid carb, and mouth feel. Finish is medium bitter, solid hop notes, with a good malt base. Pretty standard and a good solid drinkalbe ipa. Nothing more, nothing less.

Orangish color, white head, some retention and lacework. Aroma with notes of resin hops and grapefruit. Flavor with a decent bitterness, grapefruit and orange zest. Bittery final with dry mouthfeel.

My first New Holland beer, thanks to joe1510. Thanks Joe!
This one pours a slightly hazy orange gold with a 1 finger head of foam and some decent lacing. Head retention is average...just a fine broken layer after a few minutes.
The smell is fairly light to me. Some citrus, some caramel malt.
The taste has notes of caramel malt, citrus, pine, and earthy hops, and finishes with a bitter bite. Mouthfeel seems to be medium, carbonation is also medium.
Interesting flavours here but I don't feel a real harmony going on with the malt and hops. It just seems a bit rough for my tastes but I'm glad I got a chance to try it.

Bottle at GBBF 2015. Cheers James. It pours lightly hazy amber with a decent white head. The nose is bitter-sweet, toasted grass, grapefruit, creaminess and custard apple. The taste is crisp, bitter, earthy, toasted grass, cereal, minerals, grapefruit, floral and light spice with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Crisp and easy-going. Comes together quite nicely.

Draught @ Ginger Man. Slightly hazy dark orange with small off-white creamy head, faint floral hops aroma, medium carbonation, slightly watery hoppy taste, floral flavor remaining after a longish finish. Nice though a bit watery.
