2021 brewery draught, 3/11/25.
Cloudy, drab mud with a ruddy tint. Little/no head.
Heavy sherry/madeirisation to the point where there's little else. But I love sherry and Madeira so it's fine with me.
Still has a nice chewy maltiness, though it's quite dry. Heavy Madeira with a light amount of sweeter, grapier, oakier Cab Sauv. Not really identifiable as a Triple. Just sort of a BA strong ale with lots of grape/wine/barrel/wild yeast. Nice that there's no acetic here and it's not boozey.
