My bottle claims 7.1% ABV Small yellow-cream head, over well-carbonated, hazy darker amber beer. Liquorice, cakey and surprisingly few hoparomas. Bitter but not aromatic, with again cakey malts, but rather well-balanced. Medium bodied, quite slick. Quite OK for such a new (if productive, ’t would seem) brewery! Txs to J & C!

Hazy amber with a small white head. Fruity and floral hop aroma. Fruity flavour with a little spicy hops and a faint bitterness.

Bottle at Kolding ølmesse, 2009. Pours cloudy orange with a full creamy white head and lacings. Nose is floral & fruity hoppy. Crisp and hoppy taste backed up by caramel malts. Medium and smooth palate. Nice.

(Old notes, bottle at One Pint, Helsinki, at the end of 2007) Strong malty flavour with some fruitiness and citric flavours from hops. Towards the end the bitterness and fruitiness grow more intense.

aroma : pine, sweet stuff, very slight fruityness. a bit sweeter than most ipa’s. strong aroma. Appears muddy orange, yellow thick head. flavor is quite hoppy, nicely balanced by sweet malts, aftertaste keeps the balance, bitterness tastes good too. not a session beer, too powerful in the flavor for than (alc. up there too).

Angenehm! Test vom 24.9.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,10,11,12,12,11 - 10,85

Bottle. (7.1% ABV) There’s some microfloaties in this copper-colored, slightly hazy beer with a beige head. Sweetish, fruity and citrusy nose. Really nice, but a bit anonymous. Sweet and bitter flavor, quite malty-sweet with resin and a nice bitterness. Full-bodied. Long, bitter and resiny finish. A quite nice IPA, but it left me wondering if my score was too high. (080509)

Draught at Ølfestival 2008, Århus
Amber color; creamy head. It has a quite nice aroma: cereals, hop and caramel, typical of the low fermented beers. Quite good body, with monotonic caramel flavor, low fermentation esters (maybe the lagering...) And strong bitterness. Not a classic IPA, but ok.

Hazy amber with huge beige creamy head. Sweet with notes of hops, caramel, grapefruit and some off notes. Ends bitter.
