Light brown to yellow pour from draft at Tørst. Foeder aroma . Bready malts, lemon, caramel, pretty good

Can - pours a moderately hazy light amber with a substantial head - full but soft carbonation in the mouth - nose and flavor are medium dry, but still with a solid base of bready malt richness - light oak, light funk, moderate pepper (especially in the finish, where it becomes warming) - earthy/dusty yeast, light underlying tartness - bright fruitiness around the edges - a really subtle yet complex beer - a solid rendition of a French Biere Ambree, reminiscent of the ambree beers from Page 24 (and oh, how I miss those).
