Taster at the brewery - well, here's a good one - incredibly soft, with perfectly masked alcohol - savory up front, followed by leathery funk through the middle - peach arrives late, but is funky and earthy rather than sweet - barrel character arrives late, but presentsless as bourbon than it does white wine - pretty excellent, really.
