Bottle from Beer Republic. Aroma is peppery saison yeast with grass, light pale malt, white pepper, a little farmhouse funk, grain, some lemon, hay, soft hops. Subtle flavour with a light bitterness and a hint of tartness. Finishes quite dry. Very drinkable with subtle funk, dry and peppery. Solid.

Picked up at Cotteridge Wines, Cotteridge, Birmingham and consumed at Camping, Logeerhuis, the Farm IJsselhoeve, nr Zwolle, Netherlands Monday 24th September 2018. Pours lemony colour with a white head. This is a touch funky on the nose but with a slight citrus hit. This is a simple, fruity farmhouse beer, the hops are there but not so apparent.
