Sample from 50 cl bottle. Slightly hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Sweet aroma with grasses, pale malts, fruits. Taste is sweet. Medium bodied. Drying fruity finish.

Bottle@Lars - golden pour with a white head. Sweet malty and fruity with some notes of citrus fruit, some citrus rind, yeasty linger, medium body, light spiced fruity finish.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with small, bubbly white head. Clear aroma of malt ad fruit, with notes of bread and touches of hops and yeast. Sweetish, fruity and malty flavour with touches of yeast and caramel and bitter, hoppy notes. Bitter and slightly fruity aftertaste. Drinkable but rather sweet for the style.

Bottle @ Home. Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head, nice lacings. Aroma of malt, yeast, little spice,butter. Flavor is malt, yeast, sugar, light spice, fruit notes. Medium body, lively carbonation. 220314

En belgisk inspireret gylden ale med en let smag og flot hvidt skum. Blonde ale er brygget med citrus humle, der giver øllet en karakteristisk friskhed og en liflig smag. Det er belgian-style ale, men dansk kunne bryg stouts end belgian ales. :-)

0,5 flaske på kafe i Ribe, juli-10: Maltaroma og antydning til humle. Smaken likeså, litt søtlig munnfylde. Et kjedelig og noe ufrisk, underkarbonert øl.

Quickly disappearing head, orange and slightly murky. Aroma is sour with sweetish syrup and toffee. Flavour is odd with rubber, syrup, rye bread and some honey. Palate is low on CO2 and sticky like some strong quadrupels like R10. A bit odd but decent.
