Sample at the brewery and now from a growler - clear golden pour with a moderate ring of soapy lace - aroma is bright, dry, crisp, with spicy and floral noble hop character and light esters - high carbonation, but fairly creamy in body for the style - medium body - a bit of honey sweetness up front, but this is quickly pushed aside by dry grains and a light mineral character, followed quickly by loads of spicy noble hops that hang around on the palate through the long, crisp, dry finish - touches of vegetable and diacetyl hide far in the back, but are noticeable if you are paying close attention as it warms - once they iron out the flaws, they will have a kick-ass pils here.
