Gravicask@GBBF2007. Yellowish golden colour with not that much head. Aroma is green apple skins, some sweet sugary tones, mild rubber and some minerals. Flavour is sweet apples with some tart apples as well as some yeasty and mild earthy tones.

Cask gravity @ GBBF 2007, London. Light yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet, rubber ! Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. (090807)
