CBF07 sample from 50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow. Aroma of honey. Flavour soft malty and honey. Finish is short. Good honey brew, but lacks complexity to be really good.

Bottled. A hazy orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of sawdust, oatmeal porage, and some spicy ginger - quite weird. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of ginger and oatmeal porage, as well as lighter notes of burnt malt and plastic, leading to a dry end with notes of straw.

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy, amber golden with an off-white head. Unclean malt aroma with a lightly tart edge. Medium body with lightly sweet accents of caramel malt. The finish is dry. 120507
