Fra cask på Mossy Well, Muswell y: klar lys gylden med fint skum som varer til bunns. Gress/høy, furuskog og beske urter. Temmelig bitter for en såpass lett øl.

Cask at The Kings Tun. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a good amount of grass with a bit of straw and hay coming through. Flavor is quite grassy with even a touch of pine with grain and straw backing.

Cask at the brewery. Bright gold, clear, with a bubbly head. Dry, grssy hop nose, citrus zest. Suppery bitter and zesty, a bit acidic too, light warm malt, pithy grapefruit. Big bitterness. Fun.
