I was a little terrified when I saw this had cardamom in it - thankfully, it’s hardly noticeable - like most kettle sours, if has a one-dimensional tartness to it, but it ia dry, crisp, and refreshing - the addition of the fruit adds a moderate sweetness and some needed depth - grape skin, apricot flesh - medium tart finish - simple, but refreshing - kind of like a berliner weisse.
