Tap at the brewery - turbid blond , thick, soapy lace - aroma is rather subdued (bready, yeasty) - soft but frothy - very nice texture in the mouth - flavors of bready yeast, light mineral, melon rind, lemon zest, light peppery hops on the tail end - dry, herbal finish - solid blond.
