Cask at Market Porter, Southwark, London. An amber beer with a thin lazing off-white head. The aorma is sweet malty, while the flavor is more complex with notes of malt, caramel and fruit getting stronger towards the finish, which is dry and slightly bitter.

Cask @ Volunteer Arms, GBBF 2007. Pours a clear pale amber color with a small off-white head. Fruity malty and slightly hoppy aroma. Malty and slightly hoppy flavor. Hasa fruity and malty finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

(Cask at Market Porter, Southwark, London, 5 Aug 2007) Copper colour with brief, beige head. Malty, nutty nose with notes of dark fruit, slightly toasty malt, green peas (?) and earthy hops. Malty, nutty taste with dark fruit, solid malt foundation and soft notes of dusty hops in the finish. Hardly exciting, but balanced and tasty.

Cask (handpump) @ Market Porter, SE1, London. Clear light amber color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, bread, butter. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. (Malt bitter). Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is flat.

Cask@Market Porter, Borough. Copper colour, small head. Aroma is fruity, slightly vegetably and some wood. Flavour is grassy, fruity, slightly roasted and hayish. Very mouthdrying.
