Pale Ale. Like marmalade made from Seville oranges and grapefruit, the aroma mimics the sweet start but gives into the hops which combine with a touch of rye malt for a dry finish.

Cask, half-pint, shared with Finn at Silk Mill Cider & Ale House. Clear golden body, tiny white head, fragile lacing. Grain and ripe fruits on the nose. Taste of pale malts and mid-sweet fruits. Restrained bitter ending. Standard (Derby 21.02.2016).

Tasted at the Deepings Festival 2014. Colour is a blonde with a decent white head. Citrusy aroma of lemon, and pine, Flavours follow the aroma.

Cask at the Craven Arms, Birmingham. Poured a clear amber with a bubbly white head. The aroma is weak malty, leading to a refreshing medium bitter flavour, with lots of malt and some smooth citrus fruit on the palate. A tasty English session beer.

Golden straw, stuck bubbles, thin white head, good lacing
Aroma - soft sweet fruity malt, some flinty minerals
Taste - Sweet malts, pale fruits, no minerals, bit sherberty, nice flavour
Palate - Medium body, sweetish fresh palate, little oily. Finish as main flavour, sweetish malts, bit of spicyness, touch of the minerals in the linger
Overall - Better taste than aroma

Delightful hoppy nose and mild hoppiness in taste. Also crisp but retains a good body.

Cask at the Britannia, JDW, Blackheath. Pours gold with a medium head. Aroma is piney hops and tropical fruits. Taste has citrus to start, a piney hop finish and tropical fruit on the aftertaste. Tasty stuff.
