Cask at The Royal Oak, Gretton. Clear pale gold, white head. Aroma of pale malts, slightly bready, fruity hop. Taste much the same, pale bready malts, citrusy, light floral, crisp bitter finish. Enjoyed this one.
Also had this later in the day at Corner Cupboard, Winchcombe, where I found it sweeter and the hop flavours not coming through as well. If I'd have only had this to rate I wouldn't have given it as high a score.

Bottle at home having cut the lawn before cooking dinner. My life rocks. It was slightly chilled and poured well. Sweet on the palate, perhaps too sweet for me, but still a good beet and perfect for the occasion.

Cask (1/2 pint) @ The Lucas Arms, London.

Frothy white head on a hazy pale lemon coloured body. Lemon, herbal & zesty aroma. Medium bodied, effervescent & clean on the back. Herbal, lemon, chalky & peach tastes with a zesty citrussy finish. Lovely refreshing pint.
