Cask at the Willow Walk, JDW - London. Pours clear orange-gold with a foamy, fine tan head. The aroma holds baked grains, light nuts, dried fruits. Medium sweet flavor with mellow earthy bitterness, some lightly leathery berries and other dried fruits, grainy bread, mild cocoa and toffee. Medium bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Lightly drying on the finish with nips of English breakfast tea, more dried berries, subtle wood, toasted toffee. Not bad, really.
