Our golden honey beer is the perfect introduction to fine ale as it expertly balances both bitter and sweet flavours. It is made with Cornish water; whole-flower Celeia, Northdown and Aurora hops; honey; malted barley and wheat; and Skinner’s unique yeast.

Orange-amber color. Nice malt and hop aroma. Dry; ordinary mouthfeeling, not enough malty, just correctly hopped; a light honey touch, with a final a bit sweeter than the front.

Bottled. Amber coloured with no head to speak about. Aroma of crystal malt, honey and flowery hops. Sweet and soft, light bodied and very refreshing. Mild honey finish.
