33 cL bottle. Pours slight hazy orange with a white lacing head. Wheaty, yeasty and banana into a grainy and fruity aroma. Flavour is wheat, slight bitter/sour and with a minor fruit note. Solid bitterness in the finish.

Bottle. Murky yellow / amber grey color with a average frothy fair lacing mostly diminishing off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty and yeasty, more malt øko-sweet than wheat. Flavor is moderate sweet (malt / brown sugar sweet) with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft .. :o(

Bottle. This is the uglyest I have ever bought. It looks like sewedgwater. Lots of big yeast particles in bottom. OK aroma but bad acetic flavor. Very watery palate, it feels awful in your mouth. I hope this is an off beer or else.......

(Bottle 33 cl) Actually this is a spelt beer, comes with 50% spelt. Deep, hazy orange with a fine head. Lacks some of the more subtle fruity esters found in your typical German Hefe - in other words this is not wheaty enough. A bit too bitter also for it’s style. 050203

Draught
Cloudy blond color. Very nice aroma, spicy, fruity (sweet oranges, banana). Quite sweet; of course with the typical spicy character but not enough, a bit fruity. Too watery palate.

Sampled draught at the Danish Beer Festival.
Muddy mustard yellow. Estery aroma of banana and cloves. Fruity and mellow, soft, simple and charming with just a hint of cloves.

A cloudy yellow beer with a fast disappearing head. It doesn''t have much aroma - only a slight fruitiness. The flavor is dominated by malted wheat, nice balance between sweetness and bitterness. An average wheat beer - nothing special.
