Sampled on draft this beer poured a dark golden color with a large foamy white head that left no lacing. The aroma was sourish, tangy, musty and phenolic. The flavor was tangy, sour and a bit salty with a bit of mustiness, vague fruits and a bit of yeast. Very long sour and salty finish. Medium body.
