Bottle. Orange/ golden colour with a beige head. Aroma is sour, sweet caramel. Flavour is sweet caramel, sour, malt.

Bottled. Golden, well-carbonated beer with a nice off-white head. Hay, malt, caramel-sweetness, cellar and barnyard in the aroma. The flavor starts hayish, with some caramel sweetness. Quite one-dimentional. Medium body with a fizzy mouthfeel. Lightly hopped finish. Better than their Pilsner. (060810)
