Draught at KØ07. Weakly roasted aroma and flavour. Dark brown colour, small head. The flavour has a hint of banana. On the whole, not very flavourful.

Bottled at Københavnske Øldage. Hazy dark brown. Roasty chestnut aroma. Medium dry with restrained esters and surprisingly light body. Some banana and toffee. Finishes off with burnt malt. Unusually drinkable weizenbock. I like it!

Bottled as Stevnsk Vinter. I like the beers from Stevns, but this is my favourite so far. It pours clear, reddish brown and is topped by a creamy beige head. Roastyness, malt, spices and dried fruits in both aroma and flavor, and it has a roasted finish with fruity hops at the end. (061222)

Bottled. Hazy amberish brown colour with mediumsized brown head. Aroma is coffee, chocolate and roasted malts. Flavour varies from strong roastedness to sweetish malts. A lot of spices also noteable. Wellbalanced and good brew.

[Bottled] (BB 06/2006). Muddy brown color with small tan head. Spicey and wheaty aroma, some roasted malts. Toffee, yeast and cold coffee in the flavor. Licorice in the finish. Could use more body though.

An unclear red-brown beer with a thin orange head. The aroma is sweet medicinal and herbal. The flavor is sweet wheaty combined with notes of caramel and brewmash.

Bottle. Fantastic beer. Creamy off-white excellent mostly lasting head. Caramellic and hoppyflowers in aroma. Very complexed. Sweet flavor, but with touch of smoke, flowers and chocolate. This is a strange brew, but I think its wonderfull.

(Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy, dark brown with a small, creamy, off-white head. Extremely fruity and a lightly perfumy nose with very distinct aromas of banana. Quite full-bodied with sweetish, perfumy accents, very fruity, and then a dry, hoppy finish. Presumably this is fermented with a Belgian yeast making it quite an irregular and hybrid Weizen Bock, but it’s really an interesting brew. 160206
