Copenhagen beerfestival 2007. Elderflower and flowery aromatic hop aroma. Cloudy golden, low head. Flowery perfumed flavor. Light body, slightly fizzy. Fresh.

Hazy orange colour with small white head.Taste of herb and like a mild IPA but more flowery and sweet.Flavor of elderflowers a really nice brew.

Bottle at Københavnske øldage 07. Golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, , citrus, caramel. Flavour is sweet, orange, citrus, caramel,hop, spices. Nice beer.

Bottle at Københavnske Øldage. Clear, golden beer with an off-white head. Caramel-sweet nose with fresh and dried fruits. Caramel-sweet flavor as well, with a little spiced note and some hops. Didn’t sense the flowers in it. Smooth mouthfeel. Very quaffable, but nothing special to it. (070512)

Draught. Pours a clear amber color with an off-white head. Sweet malty and fruity aroma with some elderflower hints. Sweet malty fruity flavor with hints of elderflowers. Sweet malty and slightly spicy finish.

CBF07 sample from tap. Pours clear yellow. Aroma is soft malty with vague elderberry note. Medium body. Flavour is sweet malty with a touch of elderberries. Finish is smooth and dry.

Draft. A slightly hazy copper colored beer with an OK dense orange head. The aroma is sweet with a slightly acidic hoppy note, combined with notes of elderberryflowers and spices. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and elderberryflowers, leading to a slightly bitter and smooth finish. An OK beer - but not outstanding.

Draught @ Københavnske Øldage 2007 in Copenhagen. Clear amber color with a average fizzy fiar mostly lasting off-white head. Aroma is elderflower, fruit, sweet, flowers. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a short to average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft.

Sample at Copenhagen beerfestival. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are flowers and elderberry. Nice and refreshing.
