Fra flaske på DØE Lokomotivhallen mai-16 (dag 2) med Steven: en rund, let honningpræget ale med frugtige, bløde hvedetoner og behagelig eftersmag.

About 100ml sample from tap. Golden body. White head that fades rapidly to a few bubbles. Mild aroma of citric fruits. Fresh and dried fruits in flavour, notes of wheat behind. Dry and smooth mouthfeel. Thirst quenching (Copenhagen Beer Festival, 08.05.2010).

Bottle, at Esbjerg Beerfestival. A hazy, dark golden beer topped by a small, off-white head. Strange yeasty, bready nose with some wheat, fruits and hints of alcohol. Sweetness, fruits, dough and wheat in the mouth, medium body. Nice fruity, bitter finish. Overall, too doughy, unfortunately the finish is the best part. 091023
