(On tap) Pours a very pretty, deep ruby red colour with a pinkish head. Distinctly sour aroma. Medium body with lightly sweet cherry accents and only a vague tartness - some marzipan/almonds in there too. Soft and slightly watery finish. Lovely - especially for a first try. I believe though, that the aroma promises a little more than what the beer actually delivers. 110507

Draught @ Københavnske Øldage 2007 in Copenhagen. Deep red color with a small (virtually none ) pink head. Aroma is cherry and some sourness. Flavor is moderate sweet, acidic, light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery. This is very refreshing and mild. It is very interresting to see how this will develope in a cellar for some years !

Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Hazy deep red. Citric nose with a touch of balsamic cherries. Soft, abit soapy and sulphury with pleasant freshening acidity. Not as complex as the best "real" lambics, and the Copenhagen air seems to have left traces of rubber. Still it’s damn good.

Tap, Olfestival. Free sample straight from the keg, thx! Clear pink/reddish color, medium creamy pink head. Aroma of sour cherry, very fruity, but still soft. Slight sour taste, slight sweet, but still soft and creamy. Very fruity. Not jaw-breaking sour like a Cantillon, but very nice balanced clean fruityness. Would buy this stuff immediately.
