0.75l corked bottle that has been cellared for about one year. DAMN! The cork really REALLY popped! Think I might have given the next door dog a heart attack. I sure as hell got spooked into a different dimension.. This beer start off as a light blurry glowing-amber beer, but as you get closer to the bottom it turned really hazy and in the finish it's really really packed with tons of sediments and it's actually on the border of being murky. It has a big fantastic looking fluffy off-white head. The aroma is lovely fruity with notes of apples, peach, pear, caramel and some suitable alcohol hints. The carbonation is average with these typical small-prickling bubbles and the mouthfeel is light sticky to oily. The flavors are rich, warming, fruity, caramel, extremely balanced with woody hints and a perfect little alcohol twitch towards finish. Really really good! 10.01.2012

Bottle. Slightly hazy orange/golden with tiny white head. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, citrus, sweet and caramel.

750ml bottle pours a hazy, chunky orange/brown with one ring of white head. Nose is pine, herbs, mint. Flavor is better, light butterscotch, herbs, sweet candy, oranges, nail polish remover. Full bodied, astringent finish. Ryan commented, "Is this even fermented?"

Bottle. Murky golden color. Smells like acetone, with a bot of orange peel and spice. Taste is coriander and lemon peel.

Bottle @ Fanø Tasting, July 2010. Pours hazy orange with a creamy white head and lacings. Nose is orange peel, dust and hops. Full bodied. Very hoppy and smooth. A good Bøgedal beer.

Had@CPH BeerFest2010 (as No 195), but didn’t not if it was from bottle or draught. Hazy ambery orange colour with small slightly off-white head. Aroma is lots of fruity and floral hops along with some citrusfruits and quite strong on the maltyness as well. Flavour is zesty, caramel malty, a bit grainy as well as slightly yeasty. A rather pleasant brew from Bøgedal.
