66 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a dense and slowly diminishing chalk white head. Citrusy wheat aroma, medium dry and light/refreshing. Flavour is light citrus fruity with a malty wheat flavour beneath I sense some caramel malt which seems to give the beer and more solid body rather than just wheaty bubblegum flavours. Ends light estery with a fruity touch and subdued bubblegum note. Very reminiscent of Hoegaarden Witbier - just a bit more dry.

Bottle: Lovely looking beer with pleasant sweet-ish nose. A little more dull on the palate, however. Would work well with curry.

Bottled (BB 05/2008)
Hazy orange color, small white head. Banana wheaty, caramelly nose. Dry, papery, light banana flavors. Very light spices (coriander) in the finish. Aroma is better than actual flavor.

Bottle courtesy of thewolf: Poured a hazy whitish color ale with a good size head with average retention. Aroma of coriander and orange peel is quite dominant and interesting. Taste is also dominated by a nice presence of coriander and orange peel but unfortunately there is insufficient malt to sustain the body and the ending is really watery and disappointing. The presence of spice still provide a refreshing taste but there is still too much malt lacking to turn this one around.
