Fra kran på Alehouse, Riga 8 Okt 13 i selskap med hyggelige kollegaer fra jobben. Gylden. Lavt tett skum. Mye kullsyre. Søt maltaroma med innslag av gress. Smaken er søtlig med et klart maltpreg. Svakt bitter mot slutten.

Warning! Early amateur rating! Bottle in Riga. Bog standard lager. Has some body but is otherwise utterly unremarkable.

From a 500ml bottle on 21/7/2010. Has a slight sweet, grassy, bready aroma (though far less pronounced than when I’ve had it from the tap). Taste wise, there is lots of honeyed sweetness, followed by a lasting and reasonably firm hop finish. An enjoyable sessionable brew, and definitely one of the better Latvian pales.

Bottle, 5.3%. Clear orange and golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is mildly citric, OK malty and a little sweet from the aroma hops. Medium bitterness, slightly astringent. Good body and pleasantly mild carbonation.

bottle. Golden yellow, lovelly creamy head, which is very persistent. The aroma is somewhat metallic and dusty, but the flavour of the beer is very pleasant indeed. Full-bodied, malty and hoppy. Well-balanced. Slightly smoky; long-lasting and pleasantly hoppy finish and aftertaste.

Bottled. Dark golden colour, nice white head, which disappears wuite fast though. Aroma is Sugary and malty. Flavour is Bready flavour with very sweet malty hints. Also caramellish. Tne of the cleaner flavoured for this night... Not a pilsener in my opionion, rather a pale or golden lager. Hayish hoppy aftertaste.
