3 ounce draft (Ghost 041) at Adroit Theory poured into a mini snifter. Pours black with tan head. Aromas of rum, caramel, dark chocolate, light wood. Tasting notes of rum, dark chocolate, roast, subtle woody notes. Full body with a dry finish. Medium to light carbonation with an oily slick mouthfeel. Very nice rum notes in this one.

Draft at source - (Ghost 041). Poured a very dark black color, medium body with a medium sized tan head - lots of lacing. Aroma is some wood, rum barrel, vanilla notes. Flavor was roasted malt; dark, bitter chocolate; light rum notes; vanilla. Pretty darn enjoyable, smooth and easy to drink.
