Draught Yellow-orange gold, lacy rings. Hops, but also a faint vomity smell (sorry), cheesy hops. Rather harsh hops, with resiny character. Harsh MF and light finish, not much body. Well, OK, I guess, certainly not my favourite.

Bottled:
Pours clear orange with a thick and firm head. Lots of hops on the nose with notes of honey and marzipan. Flavour is resinous hops with faint notes of salty liquorice. Long, bitter finish.

50cl btl. best bf 2010-03-28 nice aroma, a little bit too sour, and a little bit too yeasty for my taste for an ipa - but better than macro beers. boring/wrong for an ipa 6/10 clear gold colored with small white head. looks good. 3/5 flavor: hints of a good beer, but drowned in alc. and weird hopping. reminds me of tuborg guld, more than an india pale ale. Aftertaste is great though, moving through various kinds of bitterness and sweetness at the same time. actually, if they had called the beer something else, i’d say it was great. But IPA creates expectations. Rating is as if i had blindtested it. 7/10 palate 3/5 overall 13/20 general comments - no need to try this one, go for herslev gorms bryg, any mikkeler or ølfabrikken ipa, or check ratebeer - much better ipa’s out there.

Bottle. (RBNAG 07) It pours a golden body with lots of floaties if not poured gentle. Minimal, off-white head. Quite hoppy nose, with malt in the background. Boring in a way, but still nice. Malty flavor with a pleasant hoppynes and bitterness. Medium body. A pleasant beer, far from an exceptional IPA, but sure drinkable, a beer for the masses. Rating: 6-3-6-3-12-3.
Bottle. Clear, golden-orange beer with lots of sediments in the bottle, easily disturbing the transparancy if not careful when pouring. Nice, but diminishing off-white to beige head leaving lacings. Citrusy and piney hop in the aroma with a nice maltyness in the background, but I prefer the hops in Bøgebryg, which are more pronounced. The flavor has a nice, piney hoppyness, but not as much as I wish. There’s also a sweet maltyness in the flavor. Medium body. Long, a bit weak finish. A quite nice beer, quaffable indeed, but a bit boring. (071017)

500ml bottle @ RBNAG’07. Quite clear golden body with some particles and a nice, dense white head. Aroma is light malty with a little bitterness and hints of yeast. Flavor is nice malty with s disappointing bitterness regarding this is supposed to be an IPA.

Thin offwhite head. Yellow body with yeast particles. Light malty aroma with citric notes. A bit medicinal. Dry chalky hoppy resiny medicinal taste with honeyish notes. Dry herbal aftertaste. Decent. (0.5l bottle from SuperBrugsen near Ordrup, rated at RBNAG’07.)
