Ebenfalls in der Vollmondnacht gebraut, aber filtriert. Die aromatische Hopfenblume wirkt im Abgang leicht zitronig.

It is an average beer, nothing special to say. The first attack is malty and sweet, some hop, after thete is a side watery, drinkable, 02.11.17

Twist top green bottle: 33cl, BB 18th May 2022. Drank at home on 16th November 2021, the fourth and final bottle in my International Lager/Pils tasting session with myself and no one else. Clean and very clear golden body, bright with carbonation bubbles rising to replenish the snow white cap on top. Aroma of newly mowed grass, malty molasses and herbs, taste along the same lines. This is a lot better than I expected (having had a few beers from these guys before), so credit where due, this gets a decent score!

Bestes Lager von Locher, hatte sich mir bis anhin entzogen. Aromatisch, leicht, wenn auch kaum Hopfen. Auch das mit den Mondphasen finde ich sehr wichtig!

07.01.2021 - 0.33l bottle in an adventskalender. pours a clear golden with a medium head. aroma of hay, dusty malts, cereals, a hint of hops. kind of like a non-alcoholic variety. flavour is somewhat better, with some spicy malts, black pepper, and grassy hops. 2.7/5 24.11.2024 - 0.33l bottle from work. quite better now actually, with fuller body, like märzen or winter beer.
