Bottle - rating # 1000. Nice big head with medium duration. Color is pale golden. Aroma is malt and hops like a regular lager, but the taste is really good. Nicely balanced with hops and some notes of citrus. Thats a really good pilsner.

Pale yellow with large white head. Pale malt & saaz hops. Good lacings. Filling pilsner body -good mouthfeel. Easy malty tones with a fine bitterness which is very crisp & fresh. Well balanced & pleasant pilsner!

A hazy yellow beer with a thin lazing white head. The aroma is sweet with a good hoppy note, while the flavor is sweet malty with flowery notes from the hops, leading to a good bitter end.

On tap at Cph Beerfestival. Clear, pale golden beer with low carbonation and a white head. Vegetables, flowers and hops in the aroma and the flavor, but the flavor has some malty sweetness too. Ok body. It didn’t suit my taste as much as it did to the raters before me, it seems. Will try to get a rerate someday. Rating: 3-3-3-3-8-2. (060519)

Bottle. A clear, golden beer with a small white head. Nice fruity nose with some peach, as well as hay and grass. Quite sweet on the palate, medium body, with flavors of fruits and a little malt, as well as some bitterness. Fruity, slightly sweet finish. An unusual but nice pilsner, needing some more bitterness. Nice and fresh, slightly grapefruity aroma. Clear golden colour, very small white head. American hoppiness, citric flavour. Tastes good, but not my idea of a pilsner.

(On tap) Clear, pilsener golden with a creamy, white head. Somewhat impure hop aroma. Medium body, perhaps a bit watery with a rather high malt sweetness. Floral accents. Subdued bitterness in the finish. 190506

[Draught at Købehavnske Øldage] Clear golden, no head. Grassy hay-like nose. Very dry and crisp. Really hoppy with slender body and good bitterness. Of all the beers entered in the pilsener contest this was the most true pilsener style, and IMO also possibly the best.
