Bottled
Pitch black, not much head. Chocolaty, coffeish and toasted aroma. Very milky stout -like chocolaty-milky, also vegetably flavor. Odd "milk stout".

50 cL botte. Pours hazy brown with orange/reddish hue with lacing light brown head. Smoked aroma and slight sweet malty. Very meady flavour with a slight citric note. Ends with a nice mellow feel - malty too. Somewhat watery in the finish.

Bottled. Ruby/black, small head. Tarry grassy nose. Very roasty with cleancrystal malt character, lots of tar and salty licorice. Salty bitter finish. Clean and straight forward, but packed with flavours of roasty malt.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours black and opaque with a vague tint of red. No head and almost no carbonation. Sourish aroma of roasted malt and a vinous touch with both dried and overripe fruit - almost like a Flemish Sour! Medium body with a rather soft mouthfeel - as said this is flat - sourish with roasted malt accents and a burned and sour finish. Clearly this is off and infected. I really hope that Søgaard is gaining control of their very dubious quality. 160407

500ml bottle. Dark red almost black body with a small brownish head. Roasted aroma with some licorices. Flavor is a mild malty taste with licorices and some coffee notes. Not bad, but not extraordinary either.

Draught @ Brewery Pub, Aalborg. Medium brown / black color with a average good lacing light brown head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate, coffe, vanilla. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, caronation is flat to soft. The best beer from this brewery but still average !

black with disappearing white browny head. Roasted malts - coffe and a lot of smoke. Very thin texture. The finish has some bitterness but again extremely smokey. This is one of the worst tasting porter/stouts I have ever tasted!!
