A Colossal rye whisky barrel aged imperial stout brewed with vanilla pods and coconut sugar. Made in collaboration with our friends from Lervig.
Taste: Full-bodied and intense. A fusion of malty sweetness, roasted coffee, and coconut, complemented by the warm glow of rye whiskey. The finish is dominated by spicy vanilla, balanced by caramelly sweetness. This decadent dessert beer is a perfect choice both alongside and as a replacement for dessert.
Appearance: Jet-black beer with a small but well-retaining beige head.
Nose: Bold and rich, filling the room as soon as the bottle is opened. Notes of dark toffee, cocoa, vanilla, and roasted coconut are prominent.
Malts: Pilsner, Red active, Rye malt, Caramel 150, Caramel 300, Chocolate wheat, Carafa special T-3
Hops: Azacca

330ml bottle. Pitch black with a small tan head. Aroma of dark and dried fruits, caramel, toffee, chocolate, coconut, vanilla. Taste is very rich, sweet, caramel, toffee, dried and dark fruits, coconut and vanilla additions prominent but well judged, chocolate, some bitter roast, very warming whisky finish. Medium-full bodied, very smooth, almost liqueur like. Beautiful.

330 ml bottle. Pours a very dark brown with a slight fizzy head. Aromas of vanilla, dark creamy chocolate, dark sugars, a bit of coconut, an and slick roasted malts. Rich sweet flavors follow same with more coconut and additional soft whisky notes. Warm finish. An excellent pastry stout; lots of flavors and not too sweet.

Worthy Burger draught, 10/3/25.
Dark, probably clear. Small, tan head, moderate retention.
Big whiskey character in the nose is spicy and robust with a smidge of alcohol but nothing hot. Wood, tannin, oak, spirit; it's all here and there's plentiful chocolate, light prune, vanilla and raisin to round it out.
Soft, chewy, chocolatey with big rye whiskey flavors and a drying sensation from the strength on the finish. Not syrupy, with proper attenuation leaving it malty but not sugary. Strong, but not boozey or hot. Lots of whiskey and fresh oak flavor. Lovely sipper but also shockingly drinkable.... Do not get much vanilla at all; certainly nothing cloying.

Bottled 330ml. -at Goblet Zagreb, shared with Hrabren & Marko. Black coloured, small brownish head, wood, rye and alcohol in the nose. Roasted malt, chocolate, rye, noticable wood and subdued alcohol with touch of vanilla in the finish. Bit too sweet but quite nice overall
