A Colossal rye whisky barrel aged imperial stout brewed with vanilla pods and coconut sugar. Made in collaboration with our friends from Lervig.
Taste: Full-bodied and intense. A fusion of malty sweetness, roasted coffee, and coconut, complemented by the warm glow of rye whiskey. The finish is dominated by spicy vanilla, balanced by caramelly sweetness. This decadent dessert beer is a perfect choice both alongside and as a replacement for dessert.
Appearance: Jet-black beer with a small but well-retaining beige head.
Nose: Bold and rich, filling the room as soon as the bottle is opened. Notes of dark toffee, cocoa, vanilla, and roasted coconut are prominent.
Malts: Pilsner, Red active, Rye malt, Caramel 150, Caramel 300, Chocolate wheat, Carafa special T-3
Hops: Azacca

Bottled I guesss? From the Croatian contingent, thx. Very dark brown body, blackish, off-white head. Raisins and onther dried fruit only noted for the aroma. Lean, dry, bit fruity, woody notes, dry, bitter finish. Very bad notes, but I liked it to a point. To be rerated if found. 8/7.5/7.5/8/7.5
Update the next day on tap at BPBW 2025. Smooth black body, off-white head. Smooth aroma, coffee, vanilla and coconut, almost maple-like. Quite smooth taste-wise as well, more coffee, vanilla and coconut. Not much better notes, but I liked it even more on tap!

Bottle picked up from Beyond Beer webshop Hamburg and consumed at home Saturday 3rd May 2025 listening to The Sweatbox on 6Music at 2.03am after a day of gardening. We're had a new version of lasagna using our own Ragu, there's a little Prosciutto layer and the yoghurt, egg, cheese topping idea that we occasionally use for our Moussaka. Pours shark eye black with a beige head, oily thick consistency. Nose is very roasty, bitter roasty but with coffee, whisky there's also an aged woodiness and vanilla lurking in the background. Super thick mouthfeel, boozy, warming, lots of barrel aged elements coming through along with the aforementioned aroma elements, also I get molasses..Very good.

Bottle. Color: Black, very thin brown head. Aroma: Vanilla, coconut, roasted malt. Taste: Sweetish, boozy hints, mix of roasted coconut, vanilla, molasses and roasted malt with subtle notes of coffee. Full body, below average carbonation. Medium sweet, moderate bitterness. Sweetish but not too sweet.

33cl bought at the brewery. Pours pitch black with a moderate, beige head. Roasty aroma with notes dried, dark fruits, whiskey, wood, vanilla, caramel and some bready notes, chocolate and alcohol. Sweet and rather smooth with high flavour intensity and a pleasant bittereness. Desserty, flavourful and quite enjoyable.
