500ml bottle. Cloudy, redd-ish, amber colour with average, frothy, half-way lating, minimally lacing, off-white head. Caramel malty and slightly fruity aroma, hints of red berries, a touch of toffee and liquorice root. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel malty, minimally fruity, hints of toffee, milk chocolate, nougat, red berries. Minimally oily texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, soft carbonation. Not very Bock-like.

500 ml bottle, from SPAR Hirtshals. ABV is 6.8%. Clear reddish brown colour, moderate off-white head. Aroma of malts, caramel, toast and brown bread. Flavour with the same elements, very moderate hops.

Aroma: Malty sweet with caramel and brown sugar. Flavour: Fairly sweet with caramel and brown sugar with some fruity bitterness. Colour: brown with an offwhite head.

Flaske hos Odd Gunnar, rbhd-treff 5.12.15: mahognyfarge med beige skum. Aroma: smør, fløtekarameller og krydder. Det samme i smaken, som er ganske rund. Fint karbonert. Krydder i ettersmaken, og med ok bitterhet. Grei nok, men ikke mer - selv om den kom seg mot slutten, .

Shared bottle at at Gunnar’s 05.12.15, with OGJ, JMD, KH and ABE. Copper. Beige head. Aroma of raw malt, medium dark malt and dark caramel. Similar taste, with chocolate and pretzels.

Bottle 500ml @ home
Pours dark reddish brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, grain, spices and hint of chocolate. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter, Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Sample from 50 cl bottle. Orange-amber colour with a lasting, off-white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, a rye bread-like aroma and spices. Taste is sweet and fruity. Medium body, creamy texture, with an average carbonation. Finishes bitter with pines and spices.
