Sampled on draft at the brewpub this cider poured a salmon color with a small soapy white head that faded and left no lacing. The aroma was strong sweet strawberry and light perfume. The flavor was strong sweet strawberry and apple. Long strawberry finish. Medium bodied and smooth.
