No pop or gusher, but an awful lot of foam. Highly carbed in drinking too. Black, creamy brown foam. Smells dark chocolate. Smooth mouthfeel, not too thick. Taste is rich, roasty and bitter. Great chocolateyness, bourbon is subtle But that carb..

2013 vintage Smell-medium strong, malt, medicine, dark chocolate, roast. Foam-roast, sweetness, herbal, malt, alcohol, caramel, cough medicine. Head is tiny, dark brown color. Appearance- generic tin color bottle cap, simple label. Black color, no carbonation. I will give bonus for pure blackness. From- snifter Taste - herbal, weak bitter notes , medicine, alcohol, sweetness, chocolate, caramel. Very interesting brew, feels very medicinal.. like cough medicine, but I dont mind that.

Frothy tan head left a spotty cover on dark brown still body. Christmas cake, malt, raisin & boozy aroma. Medium bodied, over carbonated over the palate with a smoother clean back. Heavy malts, full on boozy whisky, demerara grape & whisky tastes.

Przegazowalonsie, nawet lekko w cos kwaskowatego poszlo? W tle kawokakaowytrawnosc. Niewiele ciala. Nie dorasta do sredniej, ale jakiejs duzej krzywdy wcale nie czyni

A deep dark stout with a thin brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, molasses, plums, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, plums, licorice, alcohol warmth, very nice and smooth. Bottle from 2011.
