Julebryg

29/2/2024. Bottle courtesy of saxo, cheers. Pours clear amber copper with a small off-white head. Aroma is malty, toffee, biscuit, mildly spiced. Medium plus sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Quite watery, average carbonation. Underwhelming.

Competent but utterly forgettable.

50 cl. bottle, shared. Clear, amber colour with a small, off-white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, fruits and a perfumed note. Light yeasts. Taste is sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes sweet with caramel malts and a hint of nuts. Middle of the road. I am astonished: A Harboe beer which is not awful!

(Bottle, cant remember where from) Amber colour pour, small off white head. Very sweet, some caramel malts, maybe some toffee, some basic light hoppyness, has a slight spice, nothing amazing, abit basic overall.

Bottle. Amber, low head. Spicy aroma - allspice, cinnamon. Piney hops on slightly messy fruity base, caramel, orangepeel, bitter spices. Medi body, mellow mouthfeel.

Bottle. Pours clear amber with negligible white head. Clear aroma of hop and malt. Tastes a little bittle bitter, not quite impressive. Didn’t finish the bottle.
