50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a diminishing white head. Mild spiced and wheaty aroma, very subdued orange notes if any. More like a German hefeweizen than a Belgian wit. Flavour is mild wheaty and malty, not much flavour and thanksfully no classic wheat banana and bubblegum notes either. Mild bitterness in the finish.

On tap at the brewpub. (as Madam Wheat) Hazy, golden-orange body, with a nice, off-white head, leaving nice lacings. Rather quickly diminishing head, though. Banana, some citrus and spices, and some wheat in the aroma. Quite sweet flavor with lots of banana, some citrus, spices and bitterness. Medium body, maybe a bit low on co2, at least compared to a hefe-weizen, which this one reminds me the most of. The flavors go all the way to the very end, and has company by some caramel at the finish. A quenching, rather nice beer. Rating: 5-4-6-3-12-3.

The flavor is quite pleasant, with banana and spices, and some hops in the finish. Medium to thin body. It seems that their beers is better on tap than on bottles, guess they have a challange here.(060506)
