Måske var vi de første, der bryggede denne sjældne øltype? Normalt brygger man stout udelukkende på bygmalt, men Sort Hvede er brygget på godt 50 % hvede. Den er derfor mere rund, blød, og mindre skarp end en "normal" stout. Sort Hvede er helt sin egen!

Den er brygget på mørke malttyper, heriblandt en røgmalt, der giver øllet en fin røget og lakridsagtig smag. Øllet dufter svagt af kaffe og har lette noter af mørk chokolade. Sort Hvede giver en god mundfylde og har et mørkt, cremet skum.

Smell of smoked ham. Black colour, beige head. Aroma of smoke, yeast, some banana, tar and some coffee. Stout dominates, weizen comes in finish. Really nicely balanced combo, albeit twisted. This one deserves the rare 20.

Bottle shared with Niller - pours black with a good beige head. Roasted malty and wheaty aroma and taste, caramel, toffee, some chocolate, light burnt notes. Decent drop this.

Bottle 500ml @ home
Pours black with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, wheat, yeast and hint of chocolate. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle from a friend, many thanks Peter. Very dark brown color with thick espresso brown color head. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate. Taste, roasted malt, coffee, milk chocolate. Light bitterness in finish.Very unusual, tasty wheat.

Bottle. Pours cloudy very dark brown with thick dark tan head. Dark aroma of malt and coffee with some chocolate notes. pleasant, Creamy mouthfeel. Well-balanced, bittersweet flavour of malt, roasted coffee, dark chocolate and nuts. Pleasant, dry finish. Good.

Bottle. Dark brown, almost black, colour with a beige head. Smoked malt, caramel aroma. Sweet malty flavour with a hint of smoke and licorice.
