Sampled on draft at the Homestead location this beer poured a murky peach color with a medium sized creamy white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was dried apricots, sugar and yeast. The flavor was tart, sour and dry with notes of chalk, yeast, salt and vague golden fruits. Long finish with lingering tart fruit. Medium body. Ok.
