Draft at the Endeavour taproom, Sydney. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a frothy off-white head. The aroma is chocolate caramel, light yeast. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a smooth, somewhat rich, chocolate, liqourice bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Not like any Czech dark lager I’ve ever had before, but very nice all the same.
