Not cask conditioned, but handpumped. Very nice hop aroma. Creamy mouthfeel. Hoppy and peppery.

Golden colour with some haze. Phenolic aroma with some piney hop. Fruity nose. Soft and sweet, with fruity flavours. Not sure I’d call this stylistically accurate.

Bottled, surplus from RBSG, thanks oakes (BB 09/2004)
Hazy orange, small white head. Lots of floating yeast. Fruits, citron, refreshing aroma. Bittersweet, notes of orange and yeast. A kind of sweet finish.

Doughlike malt, apricot and soft subtle hop flavors. Golden, low visible carbonation Grassy and piney hops on a doughlike foreground, dryish finish. Extremely nice hop profile citrus, no megahop but just pleasant. Mellow creamy mouthfeel, medium body, slightly sparkly.

Cask Conditioned
Cloudy golden color; poor head. Quite good IPA, with a nice maltiness; much less hop and aromas and fruitness than the American ones, and a light metallic hop.

Keg
…different aromas: cheesy hops, less bitter, very light fruitness, no metal touch (better than the Cask version?).

Sampled cask conditioned at Dansk Ølfestival.
Cloudy orange. Intense flowery, hoppy nose - you can tell it’s been dry hopped. Soft and full bodied. Rich. Notes of licorice. Bitter finish. Complex hoppiness American style, combined with British style malt excellence.

[Cask at Gullivers, Copenhagen] The aroma is sweet hoppy with grassy notes - very fresh. The color is orange and it has a fine dense head - especially considering, that this is a cask beer. The flavor is sweet with notes of oranges, yeast, peach, hops, and grass with a slight note of alcohol running over the tongue. All in all a great flavor with a very smooth mouthfeel - maybe the later is because of this being the cask version. Even though this beer is hoppy, it is not bitter enough for an IPA!
