Sample from tap, CBF 2013, 3,8 % abv. Brown colour with a small, off-white head. Sweet aroma with light caramel malts, dark fruits and a faint smoked note. Taste is light sweet. Light body, thin texture, average carbonation. Finishes sweet with malts - caramel and roasted. Very mellow, easy drinkable.

[5/12/12] Hand-pump draught sample at Ølfestival København 2012. Hazy brown with a bubbly beige head. Malty aroma, kinda toasty, with some caramel, nutty notes and some earthy hops. Flavor has some sweet malt, a bit toasty and caramelly, and a bitter earthy hops finish. Medium-bodied. A nice Mild.

Smakt på CBF. Godt førsteinntrykk men for tynn til å være en smaksrik mild. Metallisk ettersmak.

Hazy brown with a beige head. Aroma is weak malty, caramel and fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Light bodied. I’m not big on mild ale and I suppose my score reflects that. 150510

Bottled. Deep reddish brown colour with small beigeish brown head. Aroma is wooden, roasted malts, some caramel as well as mild dark dry fruityness. Flavour is quite identical along with some rather sweet notes. Very pleasant mild ale. Mild fudge gets it’s way to the flavour as well.
