Botteled at Horsens Beerfestival. Reddish brown body with a big beige head. Aroma with tones of roasted malt and some caramel. Flavor is slightly roasted malt, hint of caramel and a bit fruity and some bitter finish. A clean and nice mild, quite nice.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazzlenut brown with nice light brown and dense head. Slight herbal hoppy nose with a mild maltbase. Quite light body with a flavour that starts the same. It however quickly goes way more flavourfull with a quite nice smoke note that doesn’t reveal it self before you taste it, absolutely not there in the aroma. Quite mild and yes, one more please.

500ml bottle purchased at Høgeren, Copenhagen. Unfiltered and unpasteurised brew that pours a rusty brown body and a moderate off-white head. Vague malty smell. The tasted is layered with malt and caramel support, ending with watered, bitter fruits. Medium to thin palate (03.08.2007).

Bottle. Brown color with a medium beige head. Roasted malt and fruity aroma. Roasted flavours as well with that typical Wintercoat berry flavour in the background. Rather light-bodied. A nice mild.

Bottled. Unclear, brown, with a small beige head. Roasted malt, some fruity notes and hints of caramel in the aroma. The flavor is mostly the same. Thin to medium body and a dry, roasted finish which ends with some fruity hints. A pleasant one. (061020)
