Our best selling beer is an ultra premium craft lager which lives up to its name. Clear golden colour with big flavours of a real ale delivered in the freshness of a smooth tasting Dormtmunder/Helles style lager. Imagine a hay barn in the summer when it hasn't rained for a while and you can almost taste the dryness in the air. With a malty biscuity character. Restrained citrus notes in the background with a light bittersweet finish.
Contains no additives or preservatives only four different hops, malted barley (from our own malthouse), yeast and water.
"God Lager" means good lager in Swedish and that is exactly what you get with this devine un-pasteurised beer.

Bottle at home. Bought at ScandiKitchen. Lazy aroma description: typical lazy lager aroma. Pale gold. Bubbly. Good white head. The bitterness gradually grows in intensity, although it’s only ever medium. Sweetness then comes through into the finish. Citrus, some hops, peaches in syrup. Melon, even. Light bodied. An oily mouthfeel. The carbonation is evident but never too much so. Low key finish. I like it. Not too sweet or bubbly.

Dabbous. Clear gold, nice looking head on top. Light pale and bready malt, bit of spice. Average carbonation, slightly thin, touch dry. Pretty mediocre.

33cl bottle from Systembolaget, Sälen. Pours clear golden with a small, white, bubbely head. Mild malty aroma with some fruity notes, hints of peaches, honey and metal. Medium sweet with plain grainy flavours and some fruity notes. Rather light bitterness and hints of metal in the finish too. Fair enough, but a bit disappointing.
